2. Scope and applicable laws

This policy applies to visitors from across Southeast Asia and Australia. Because the site is available pan-regionally, we commit to processing personal data in a manner consistent with the following frameworks:

3. What data we collect

• Usage data (analytics): aggregated, anonymised data about pages visited, device type, country (from IP, then discarded), and referrer. Collected via Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Tool inputs: if you use our ROI calculator or system configurator, your inputs are processed locally in your browser and are not stored on our servers.
• Contact submissions: if you email us, we retain the email and any information you provide.

We do not collect: payment data, government IDs, or precise location.

4. Why we collect it

• Legitimate interest: analytics to improve the site; fraud and abuse prevention.
• Consent: non-essential cookies and marketing pixels — only after you opt in where required by local law.
• Contract / pre-contract: responding to your questions.

5. Cookies and tracking (GA4)

We use Google Analytics 4 (when enabled) for aggregated usage statistics. GA4 sets cookies to distinguish unique visitors and measure session duration. Non-essential cookies are only set after you give explicit consent via the cookie banner in jurisdictions that require opt-in. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies for this site or using your browser's tracking-protection settings.

6. Affiliate tracking

When you click an affiliate link on our site, you will be directed to a third-party merchant (e.g. Tesla Energy, EcoFlow, SolarEdge partners, regional installers). That merchant may set their own cookies to attribute a resulting sale to us. We do not share any personal data with these partners — only an anonymised referral identifier. Affiliate links are disclosed on each page where they appear.

7. Your rights

Depending on your country of residence, you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability (where applicable under PDPA/PDP/APPs)
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (PDPC Singapore, OAIC Australia, PDPC Thailand, KOMDIGI/Ministry of Communications Indonesia, JPDP Malaysia, or NPC Philippines)

8. Data retention

Analytics data is retained for 14 months in aggregated form. Contact-form submissions are retained for 24 months unless you request earlier deletion.

9. International transfers

Because our operator is based in Germany, your data may be processed in the EU and by service providers (e.g. Google Analytics) outside your country of residence. Transfers are covered by contractual safeguards consistent with the cross-border transfer rules of each applicable framework (PDPA Singapore section 26, APP 8, PDPA Thailand section 28, UU PDP chapter V, PDPA Malaysia section 129, DPA Philippines section 21).
